We offer two fully self-contained Two Bedroom Cottages – Peak and Wattle – with a spacious layout, ideal for families, groups, or guests needing extra room. Each cottage features a full kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with a single and bunk set — sleeping up to five guests.

We offer one spacious Three Bedroom Cottage, named Lavender after the plants surrounding the cottage, ideal for families or groups needing extra space. The open-plan layout combines a comfortable lounge and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds and a third with two single beds, sleeping up to six guests.

We offer one fully self-contained Four Bedroom House, named Art Deco, inspired by the iconic architectural style that helped shape Napier’s history. This spacious home blends classic character with modern comfort, providing a relaxing retreat within the heart of Havelock North Holiday Park.

Currently undergoing renovation, the Art Deco House will soon offer four bedrooms sleeping up to seven guests, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area designed for shared meals and gatherings. This accommodation is not available for booking at this time.
