Our park offers a variety of modern, self-contained accommodation designed for comfort and flexibility — ideal for families, couples, or work crews. Choose from four cottages (one, two, and three-bedroom options), a four-bedroom Art Deco house, and eight contemporary motel units.
Our motel rooms feature a clean, modern design with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Six are two-bedroom units, with four featuring a second room that has no internal access, and two one-bedroom units perfect for couples or solo travellers. Two deluxe two-bedroom motels are also coming soon, offering connected internal layouts for added comfort and convenience.
For those who prefer the outdoors, our brand-new camping ground offers spacious powered and non-powered sites, with easy access to modern tiled bathrooms, a communal kitchen, and a playground — surrounded by the peaceful scenery of Havelock North.
4 Bedroom Art Deco House
We offer one fully self-contained Four Bedroom House, named Art Deco, inspired by the iconic architectural style that helped shape Napier’s history. This spacious home blends classic character with modern comfort, providing a relaxing retreat within the heart of Havelock North Holiday Park.
Recently renovated, the Art Deco House offers four bedrooms sleeping up to seven guests, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area designed for shared meals and gatherings.
Three Bedroom Cottage
We offer one spacious Three Bedroom Cottage, named Lavender after the plants surrounding the cottage, ideal for families or groups needing extra space. The open-plan layout combines a comfortable lounge and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds and a third with two single beds, sleeping up to six guests.
Two Bedroom Cottage
We offer two fully self-contained Two Bedroom Cottages – Peak and Wattle – with a spacious layout, ideal for families, groups, or guests needing extra room. Each cottage features a full kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with a single and bunk set — sleeping up to five guests.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Motel
Our brand-new 2025 builds are now complete and set a new standard for comfort and style. These fully self-contained Deluxe Two Bedroom Motel Units feature internal access between bedrooms, spacious living areas, and contemporary finishes throughout.
Sleeping up to five guests, they’re ideal for families, work crews, or small groups seeking modern, spacious accommodation.
Two Bedroom Motel
We offer four spacious Two Bedroom Motel Units, each with the same modern design and amenities as our one-bedroom option, plus a separate second bedroom with one single bed and a bunk set.
These units can sleep up to five guests and are best suited to small groups, work crews, or families with older children. Please note: the second bedroom is separate and has no internal access to the main motel unit.
One Bedroom Motel
We offer two modern One Bedroom Motel Units, each with a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and contemporary bathroom. Year-round comfort is ensured with heat pump air conditioning, and a private deck provides a space to unwind.

Ideal for singles or couples, this modern and comfortable cottage offers a private and relaxing stay in Havelock North.
Tent and Powered Sites
Our spacious powered and non-powered sites are designed to suit all types of travellers, from compact campervans to large motorhomes. Sites range from 8m x 8m to 10m x 12m, providing plenty of space to set up and relax.
All sites include potable water, sewage connection, and grey water disposal. Guests also have access to our newly built ablution and laundry facilities. Long-term stay options are available — contact us to enquire.
